Good morning,

Missouri is looking at creating a class specification for a Phlebotomist or someone that is delegated the task of doing blood draws. The bulk of these positions will be at Correctional and Mental Health facilities and/or at Veteran's homes. Does your state have a similar classification? If so, we would appreciate you sharing that class specification and min/max salaries. Also, does the person drawing blood have to be certified/licensed?

Any and all comments are welcomed and appreciated. Please respond at your earliest convenience, but no later than May 31, 2002.

Thank you and have a great day!
Sandy
