Good afternoon all states,



My name is Kristina Perry Jessup, I am a Senior Classification & Compensation Analyst with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. If I haven't had the pleasure of meeting you yet, it's wonderful to e-meet you! I look forward to assisting each other with compensation requests. The Commonwealth of Massachusetts is looking to see how other states have increased union and management salaries over the past 4 years. I have attached a spreadsheet template in an effort to conserve time. If you could, please have responses in by next Friday, 11/11, it would be very much appreciated!

Here is an example of the Executive Branch of Massachusetts' union percent increases from 2021 and 2022 for instance:
