Ellen,
Wyoming's telework policy reads:
t. Dependent Care. Teleworking is not designed to be a replacement for
appropriate dependent (child or adult) care. Although an individual
employee's schedule may be modified to accommodate dependent care needs,
the focus of the arrangement must remain on job performance and meeting
business demands. Employees are encouraged to discuss expectations of
teleworking with family members and provide for appropriate dependent care.
Have a good weekend!
