[NCASG] Temporary Employees

Good morning all,

Currently, the State of West Virginia does not include temporary employees
in the definition of supervision. See the definition below.

"Formally delegated responsibility for planning, assigning, reviewing and
approving the work of two (2) or more full-time or part-time equivalent
employees. The supervisor's overall role is to communicate organizational
needs, oversee employees' performance, provide guidance, support, identify
development needs, and manage the reciprocal relationship between staff and
the organization so that each is successful. Temporary employees are not
included for purposes of this definition."


Does your state's definition of supervision include temporary employees? If
so, what stipulations do you have in place (number of employees, length of
time, etc.)? Any additional information is welcomed.
