Here's a link to Vermont’s moving expense language. it's not a HR policy but an administrative bulletin that's quite old now. See section 33.

Good afternoon NCASG,

In our last Legislative Session, Wyoming was fortunate to have a bill passed to cover moving expenses for new and/or current employees. As we work through this change and developing parameters, we were hoping for your assistance with the following questions:

1. Do you authorize moving expenses?
2. Do you have a policy you can share that covers moving expenses?
3. If you do not have a policy but allow these types of expenditures, what is your cap for spending? Are there charges you do not allow to be covered?

Thank you for your help!

Meghan
