I addition to NCASG, North Dakota uses Economic Research Institute (ERI), Mercer Benchmark Database, and Korn Ferry.  Some of our agencies acquire data from McLagan, Blanchard, and/or CBIZ for fiscal and investment management jobs, and share the data with us.  We also use data from North Dakota Job Service, and I assume that other states have a parallel agency.  Finally, we conduct our own small survey of North Dakota employers every two years.

We just manage the data using Excel, but I think we could use a good, dedicated survey management tool.
