Inactive Idaho LPN License

[News from the Idaho Board of Nursing]

Dear Formerly Licensed Idaho LPN -

The Idaho Board of Nursing records indicate that you did not submit a 2020 renewal application for your LPN license. LPNs that did not complete the 2020 renewal application and attest to meeting the renewal requirements resulted in their license expiring on August 31, 2020. As a result, you do not have an active Idaho LPN license to practice nursing effective September 1, 2020.

If you are interested in obtaining an active LPN license, you are required to submit a completed reinstatement application which includes, but is not limited to, attesting to the Continued Competence Requirements and a fingerprint-based background check. The reinstatement application may be accessed through the Nurse Portal at https://ibn.boardsofnursing.org/ibn.

If you have recently submitted a reinstatement application, thank you and please disregard this message.
