[Icoord] OPTIONAL CYBER LIABILITY INSURANCE FOR FY2017

Hello Insurance Coordinators,

Recently,  Risk Management has received numerous requests from various agencies for the option of purchasing cyber liability coverage.  See attachment for Cyber liability coverage over view.

Therefore, Risk Management has been working with the State's insurance Broker  to determine options to offer Cyber Liability coverage as an optional coverage in FY2017.

We are also researching and determining if this coverage will be part of the mandatory liability coverage for agencies that qualify in FY 2018.

To determine who may qualify for this coverage, we are asking ALL State agencies to complete the attached application and EMAIL it back to Joan Compton at joan.compton at adm.idaho.gov<mailto:joan.compton at adm.idaho.gov> by no later than May 25, 2016.
