Insurance Coordinators:

Yesterday all copies of agency billings were mailed out along with the attached letter. Within the letter there is reference to a form that we need completed in order to update agency users for the new RMIS system.

Please fill out the attached spreadsheet and submit back to me so we can take care of this process before the new system goes live. There are only two users per agency allowed.
