On behalf of Governor C.L. "Butch" Otter, we are inviting you to participate in the State of Idaho's Total Compensation Employee Benefits survey.
The Office of the Governor is interested in receiving feedback from state employees on potential changes being discussed by the Legislature's Interim Committee on State Employee Group Insurance and Benefits (Interim Committee*) and how these changes may impact a state employees'  healthcare benefits package and overall total compensation. Total Compensation is the combination of a state employee's salary and benefits.  Your participation is strongly encouraged so we can better evaluate the impact of any changes to employee benefits.
The survey content was developed in partnership with Korn Ferry (KF), an expert in total compensation analysis and strategy. You will receive an email from KF on Monday, August 27, 2018, with a unique survey link. The survey will be administered online and open for responses until Monday, September 10, 2018.
The survey will take about 20 minutes to complete.  Your responses are confidential and any results will be presented in a summary format.

*The Interim Committee was originally authorized in 2016 by HCR 56, to "undertake and complete a study of the state's group insurance plan structure and total compensation package, including salary and benefits, to make recommendations."
