[IDHR] Training for Luma

DHR Team!

Last week, our partners at the State Controller's Office (SCO)  began deploying training for Luma. Since that time, we have received feedback regarding a couple of issues with the deployment:

  *   Employees are struggling to login to the SCO Enterprise Dashboard.
  *   Some employees did not receive the e-mail regarding the required Luma Pre-Requisite Training.
  *   Course assignments for the HR module (called HCM) were not accurate.
  *   Once employees logged in, there weren't any courses available, even though an assignment was received.

The Luma team at SCO has some ideas on why some of these issues are occurring and are working this week on solutions. If you could please communicate with your agency employees and let them know that every employee should get logged into the SCO Enterprise Dashboard (contact the SCO Helpdesk for assistance) and search for "Pre-Requisite" the required Pre-Requisite Luma Training will be available for them to complete.

For our HR team, we are working to ensure that security roles are appropriately mapped and training assigned, and SCO is working with their software vendor that houses the training to correct issues on that front. We expect to have more information about this by the end of the week.,

If you have any questions or concerns, please submit tickets to the SCO Helpdesk so they can continue to monitor and fix issues. Also, continue to keep us in the loop on how things are going so we can stay connected and help to resolve issues that arise.
