[IDHR] Luma Training - Update From Yesterday

Hello!

As a follow-up to yesterday's e-mail, the Luma Training is auditing all currently assigned Human Capital Management (HCM) classes. This includes ensuring that the right emails, names, roles, and classes are accurately assigned based on the data they have available. Because of this, HR employees will receive email notifications where changes have been made. For example, the previously scheduled time sheet classes were canceled and rescheduled today so you may see some email notifications come through about that.

While they are specifically working on the HCM classes, you may receive questions from employees as they work through other courses as well. Please let your agency employees know that they may receive emails from SCO as updates are being made and they can direct questions to the SCO Helpdesk.
