Dear Payroll, HR, and Financial Professionals,

As we approach the final payroll of the year, scheduled just before the Christmas weekend, we are reaching out to emphasize the critical importance of reviewing the "Missing Time Report" that was dispatched to your respective agency contacts earlier today.

If any timesheet is found to be missing, it is imperative that you promptly rectify the issue by redoing and approving the timesheet. Additionally, please submit a service portal ticket before 4 PM today. In the ticket short description, enter "Off-Cycle Request for 12/22" (QRG - Request an Off-Cycle Payroll Adjustment<https://idahosco.servicenowservices.com/sp?id=kb_article&sysparm_article=KB0013328>, Step 4). This will ensure that the time data is received in time for payroll processing scheduled for this evening.

Your immediate attention to this matter is greatly appreciated, as it contributes significantly to the smooth execution of our year-end payroll processes.
