[IDHR] Informal Training for new HR Staff

While we are working on a long-term onboarding training plan for our HR staff, we are also planning some short-term solutions for our new HR staff right now! (feel free to join if you are new-ish!  You never know what you might learn.)

We will be hosting a series of informal, virtual trainings intended to get this group up to speed quickly.  We are hoping to get subject matter experts across the agencies to facilitate the discussion.  The current topics that we have in mind are:

EIS Basics
IPOPS - New Hire
IPOPS - Employee Changes
IDAPA Overview
Statewide PolicIes - Compensation and Classification
Statewide Policies - Leave
Neogov Basics
Neogov - Question and Answers
Recruiting - Rules
Benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision
Benefits - Retirement
Benefits - Disability

The first one (Statewide Policies - Leave, facilitated by me)  is scheduled for Thursday, January 19th at 11:00 am MT / 12:00 PT
