The below and attached correspondence is in regard to our Capitol Mall Annual Parking Exchange. If you are not the best contact for distribution of this notice, please forward to the appropriate contact and/or advise me so I can adjust for the future.

Capitol Mall Parking Permit Exchange Will Start July 12th for FY 2024 in the JRW West Conference Room (flyer attached).

  *   Ahead of the annual CMP permit exchange, we are collecting and updating information from ALL Capitol Mall Parking program participants using payroll deduction for parking. Those with Reserved, General, and/or ADA parking tags will simply need to send any updated vehicle or contact information to parking at adm.idaho.gov<mailto:parking at adm.idaho.gov>, if needed.
  *   Those who pay in cash and/or check at the Capitol Mall Parking office will continue to do so and do not need to go to the exchange locations.(Contractor/Intern/Extern/Volunteer) Yet, they can send any updated vehicle or contact information to parking at adm.idaho.gov<mailto:parking at adm.idaho.gov>, if needed.
  *   The Exchange schedule is attached to this email. Times at buildings are noted and all employees are welcome to go to the most convenient exchange location. If unable/not available to make any locations, you will need to update your permit at the main parking office by end of July 2024.
