[IDHR] Employee Terminations in Luma

Hi everyone -

This email covers the termination of an employee's Luma access.

If you are doing a termination in Luma, and the person had Luma access, you will need to complete a SAR Form to remove the access. The instructions are found here: https://www.sco.idaho.gov/LivePages/Security%20Form%20Overview.aspx.

If you get an error that you need to find their prior SAR form, follow the steps below. This is a workaround for now as these forms will be loaded in the system within a few weeks.

You will need to complete this in 2 steps:

  1.  Create the SAR, do not check "Terminate", select "Delete" for the action field in all tabs.
  2.  Save.
  3.  Reopen and check "Terminate."
  4.  Submit.
