[IDHR] Luma Training-- Action Required!

Hello!

In case you missed it, training for Luma officially began this week for Human Capital Management (HCM)! As a reminder, Luma is the system that will replace our existing systems, including I-Time, I-Perform, EIS, and NEOGOV, beginning on June 20, 2023.

If you aren't currently registered for the class that began this week (titled: HCM - Employee Record Class 1 of 5*), you should get logged into the system today and registered for the courses available on either Wednesday or Friday of this week. If you're unable to attend, there is also a recording that will be available (however, we strongly encourage you to attend the live session to have an opportunity to ask questions). If we have enough people who aren't able to make it this week, please let us know and we'll get another session scheduled.
                *This is a five course series that you will need to register for all five courses (i.e., they're not all the same class offered five times)

To sign up for training, you need to be able to access the SCO Enterprise Dashboard<https://www.sco.idaho.gov/LivePages/scohome.aspx> (the below screen pops up after you click "Sign In" in the upper right hand corner). Keep in mind, your credential for the Enterprise Dashboard are different than your credentials for the Applications Menu sign in. If you need assistance getting access, contact the SCO Helpdesk at (208) 334-3100 or info at sco.idaho.gov<mailto:info at sco.idaho.gov>. Please also note that the Enterprise Dashboard requires dual verification to sign in (i.e., if you decide to use your cell phone to authenticate, you'll need to download Duo Mobile).

[cid:image013.png at 01D97CE4.CC8B9DF0]Once you're logged in, click on Luma Training, View Catalog, Categories (left side) > and filter by "HCM" courses. Once you've done this, the easiest way to view the courses is the list view:  [cid:image014.png at 01D97CE4.CC8B9DF0]  (you'll find this icon above the course titles).

We are working on preparing additional communication and information for everyone on all of the HCM courses and who should register. In the meantime, if you'd like to registe for other HCM courses, feel free to do so. Otherwise, we'll get some more information out shortly!
