[IDHR] Updated Training Information

Hello!

This email is a follow up to the one sent earlier this week regarding training for Luma, with some updated details on the courses and who should attend. Attached is the master schedule of the training that's scheduled during the month of May. Please make sure that any payroll and fiscal employees within your agency who approve HR actions also receive this email and attend the trainings relevant to their role.

We removed the Employee Relations and Leave of Absence courses since those modules are not going live in June and we wanted everyone to be able to focus on the modules going live. We'll discuss this more during our 2pm statewide HR call. Additionally, we consolidated the 8 trainings on compensation into 2 modules. If you were registered for any of those that have been changed, you should receive an email from SCO notifying you of the cancellation.

If you have difficultly navigating the SCO Enterprise Dashboard, you may also access the WebEx directly using the links in the attached spreadsheet. However, please note that we will not have a record of your attendance.
