Hi, All

This month we feature the Ridge to Rivers Trails System map of the Boise Foothills area. For the past several years, this map has guided outdoor recreationists to mountain biking, hiking, dog walking, equestrian and skiing adventures. It gets better with each edition as the system grows more interconnected. I keep a copy in my car; it gets more use than any other map I own.

This mapping project is a joint effort with BLM, City of Boise, and Ada County. Pam Fairlie at BLM is the cartographer. Thanks go to Rod Collins, GIS Manager at the BLM Idaho State Office, for offering this map for your viewing pleasure. Check it out in our hallway or visit the map gallery at http://gis.idaho.gov.
