[Igc] Current ITA Policies, Standards and Guidelines

After discussion at the IGC-EC meeting on December 10, it was agreed that a link to the current approved Idaho Technology Authority (ITA) policies, standards and guidelines, which apply to Idaho state agencies, would be forwarded to the geotech and IGC listserves.  The IGC-EC wanted to make sure that the greater GIS community was aware of these, as there are a number of them that relate to GIS.
