The following Idaho Technology Authority (ITA) Guidelines were approved at the December 15, 2015 IT Leadership Council (ITLC) meeting (ITLC is one of the ITA subcommittees):

*         Enterprise Guideline G510<http://ita.idaho.gov/psg/g510.pdf> (Cybersecurity Incident Reporting Classification Template) - Revised

*         Enterprise Guideline G520<http://ita.idaho.gov/psg/g520.pdf> (Cybersecurity Incident Handling) - NEW (*This replaces G520 [Cyber Security Alert Indicator])

*         Enterprise Guideline G535<http://ita.idaho.gov/psg/g535.pdf> (Firewall Configuration) - NEW

*         Enterprise Guideline G536<http://ita.idaho.gov/psg/g536.pdf> (Firewall:  Ports, Protocols and Services Request) - NEW
