[Igc] Notice of date change for next IGC-EC meeting

The date for the IGC-EC meeting originally scheduled for Thursday, November 19th has been changed.  The meeting has been rescheduled for Thursday, December 10th.  Details are as follows:

Meeting:  IGC-EC
Date:  Thursday, December 10th
Time:  9:30 - 11:30 am (Mountain)
Location:  LBJ Building, Room B09 (Basement), 650 W. State St., Boise

I will send out the dial-in/webinar details along with the agenda at least 48 hours ahead of the meeting.
