All, as you are all likely aware we were having network issues that impacted Call Manager phone services into this morning for multiple sites/agencies. With a few exceptions services have been restored and phones, voicemail and contact center services should be fully functional now. If anyone continue to have any telephone trouble please contact us ASAP –
