[OCIO_CUCM] MAINTENANCE

Good afternoon.  We are planning maintenance next Tuesday evening that will affect our local phone carrier services.  Details below.

Maintenance Window:
Tuesday April 30th   6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Scope(s) of work:

  1.  We are moving local phone carrier services to the newly installed higher bandwidth CenturyLink circuit.
  2.  This will disrupt inbound calling to local DID extensions and outbound local calling during the maintenance window.  Outbound long distance and inbound toll-free services will not be impacted during the maintenance window.

Affected Services/Agencies:
All agencies on the ITS Call Manager phone system.
