Thank you all for updating us on this issue for your specific offices. This appears to be primarily an issue for outbound calling including agency interoffice calls. We are working with our Network staff as well as our Cisco Engineering support to isolate and resolve this issue. We will update everyone shortly. Thank you.

All, we have been getting some intermittent reports of outbound local calls with no audio. We have reset phones for the agency locations that have reported the issue. But, please let is know if your office(s) are experiencing any outbound calling audio trouble this morning. Thank you.
