All, thank you for keeping us updated.
FYI, we had moved our long distance services to a new router hardware last night. That appears to be the root of issues with one-way audio on outbound calls that many of you reported today. We have failed that service back to the "old" routers and have re-tested calls successfully. We believe this has resolved all of your reported outbound calling issues.
We will reboot the new routers this weekend and do isolated testing and troubleshooting in the new equipment and if necessary with the State's long distance service provider.
While we believe failing back to the old routers has resolved this issue, please report any new issues your staff may have when making outbound calls. If you could send us the time of the call and the number dialed that would be extremely helpful.

Thank you all for updating us on this issue for your specific offices. This appears to be primarily an issue for outbound calling including agency interoffice calls. We are working with our Network staff as well as our Cisco Engineering support to isolate and resolve this issue. We will update everyone shortly. Thank you.

All, we have been getting some intermittent reports of outbound local calls with no audio. We have reset phones for the agency locations that have reported the issue. But, please let is know if your office(s) are experiencing any outbound calling audio trouble this morning. Thank you.
