Thanks Chris,  I believe we have the issue isolated to outbound LD.  Can you confirm that you are not (or no longer) having any trouble making outbound local calls?

Thanks Cheryl.  Yes, reports from all our field offices;
-no Audio on all outgoing to 208 local or long distance.  Internal 4 digit dialing is fine.
-Fax issues...  not sure if same issue but I'll look into it..
-CDA says that when they dial an 8, the 8 gets changed to a 9???

All, we have been getting some intermittent reports of outbound local calls with no audio.  We have reset phones for the agency locations that have reported the issue.  But, please let is know if your office(s) are experiencing any outbound calling audio trouble this morning.  Thank you.
