Maintenance - Tuesday evening 3/3/2020  7:00-9:00 pm

Scope(s) of work:
We will be making router and routing changes for outbound calls for the ITS VOIP Call Manager phone system.

Affected Services/Agencies:
Changes are system-wide including supported agencies on the ITS managed VOIP phone system as well as agencies with SIP integrations with the ITS system.  The planned maintenance will to make changes to you outbound call routing and to add +1 to outbound calls.  Changes should be transparent to users and should have no service impact.

All Agencies are encouraged to ensure that services are functioning after the maintenance period.
