[StateGIS] Developer Meet-Up in Boise

Following up with the GIS State Agencies meeting (08/31), Terri Morganson (Esri Account Manager for Idaho) is working on putting together a developer meet-up with a focus on assisting people in the Boise area to start up our own developer special interest group.
