State GIS (& Business Users of GIS),

We are one week from the launch of the Idaho ArcGIS Online Pilot, below is a Draft Agenda for the meeting & attached are some more details about ArcGIS Online.

· One thing that has changed (or at least I understand better) is that having some Business Users of GIS from the agencies attend would be a good idea.
One area that it looks like could be a very good use of ArcGIS Online would be field or business people in the agency that have some need and desire to use GIS outside the normal GIS community.
Please invite (forward) this to some people that might fit this kind of user.

· Another important point is that the morning of April 23rd will be the general information and education part of the meeting.
That afternoon and the 24th would be devoted to specific pilot projects for the agencies in 1 ½ or 2 hours sessions - let me know what time slots you want for the agency meetings. So people will not need to attend a meeting for 2 days.

Time: 8:30 - 12:00 April 23rd Everybody
