[StateGIS] Interagency Parcel Data Sharing Agreement

An update on the parcel project:

We are still moving forward with the project - 9 counties signed up, just got off the phone with several counties that have the agreement pending with their county commissioners.
We continue to get data from more and more counties.

Attached is an agreement for the agencies that will have FTP access to the parcel data to clarify how it can be used by the agencies.
I think that our attorney has done a great job of making this simple, short and in English
(This was reviewed (and modified) by the Attorney General's Office, your attorneys can check with Julie Weaver in the Attorney General's Office if they have questions.

Please let me know if you (or other people in your agency) have any questions.

Let's get the agreements in place and then get access to the agencies to the data.
