Hi Brandy,

WA has a 3rd party administer the State Salary survey. We partnered with our Office of the State Actuary on a new total comp methodology for the 2020 survey. Here’s a link to the state survey web site that includes the total comp report as well as a methodology document. Let me know if you have other questions. 😊

Quick Inquiry - for those states that calculate a total compensation value what methodology are you using to calculate the value and position to market for Benefits (Health Insurance Plans) and Retirement?  Are you doing this in house or is it outsourced?  If outsourced, what vendor are you using?  Colorado's total compensation value is below as an example. I would appreciate any feedback that you could provide.  Thanks so much!
