John,
On average, Arkansas employees got a 1.75% increase in July.
I'd anticipate about 2% in 2021, but it really depends on the state's financial position at that time. Sorry for the tardy response.

Hello all. I will gladly share a compilation of responses.
Question 1: What general wage increase(s) will the majority of your state employees receive in the current fiscal year?
Question 2: What general wage increase(s) did the majority of your state employees receive in the previous fiscal year?
This is just to get at the dominant theme for pay increases. If you provide variable merit increases, for example, what is/was the budgeted average increase? If you have labor unions, what is/was the most typical widespread increase amount?
