[NCASG] Class & Comp Dashboards

Good morning, all -

The State of Missouri is working towards creating a Classification & Compensation Dashboard to use as a quick one-stop-shop for class & comp related items. I'm reaching out to other states to find out:


1)     How do you organize your classification and compensation data?

2)     If you have a dashboard, what program do you utilize?

3)     What data points do you include?

For example, some of the many items we are considering adding to our dashboard include:

*        Inequity among classifications

*        Number of reviews by classification

*        Average time to complete classification reviews

*        Number of classification reviews by agency or division

*        Manager classification & compensation dashboard:

o   Number of pending reviews by team member

o   Time to complete classifications by tem member

If there is any way I could get this information back by COB on Monday, March 1, I would greatly appreciate it.
