[NCASG] Compensation Best Practices

Good Morning!

The State of Colorado currently completes a report every year.  It contains
an analysis of base salary, pay plans, benefits, retirement, leave,
compensation mechanisms, etc.  The last several reports can be found here

We are considering a move to where the current level of analysis is done
every 4 years and a smaller basey salary and pay plan market review is done
every year that would be used for budget projections and recommendations.
