1. – for our nursing series it is $2.00 per hour; for our social work series it is $1.00 per hour .
1. No guarantee, once called in the employee is paid and if overtime comes into play then it would go to time and a half for hours worked

1. Alabama does not pay FLSA exempt employees comp time. An agency can go before the State Personnel Board and request straight time payment for FLSA exempt employees if it’s tied to a governor or presidentially declared emergency. For example, our Human Resources asked and received overtime for FLSA exempt employees for our last two hurricanes.

Good Afternoon! I truly apologize for the urgent info request but if possible could you please respond as soon as possible. Thank you so much. You are all the best! I will compile responses and share.
1. What is your current On-Call Pay Rate? Colorado currently uses $2.00 an hour.
2. What is your current Call Back Pay Rate or guarantee? Colorado currently guarantees 2 hours of pay.
3. Do you have "Show Up Pay" that compensates an employee for when the employee reports to work as scheduled but is sent home early because there is insufficient work or the employee is not needed to complete the shift. What is the rate or guarantee?
4. Do you have a policy for paying FLSA exempt employees compensatory time? If so, what is your policy? Colorado currently does not allow compensation for overtime for Exempt employees.
