[NCASG] State of TN-Career Path and Compensation

Good afternoon,

The State of Tennessee is implementing a Career Path program and is gathering the following information:


  1.  Policies/documents you can share pertaining to career path.
  2.  Compensation and/or salary grade structure/philosophy/practice with regard to dual career paths.
     *   For example, Compensation/Salary Grade relationship between a Supervisor/Manager within a career path series who oversees an employee within an Individual Contributor career path series.
  3.  What factors determine an employee's progression (promotion) through a series?
     *   Are Performance Evaluation Ratings a component in progression?
