Good afternoon everyone. I hope your week is going well. In response to
your inquiry, we have a centralized HR Team at the Department of Personnel
and Administration that works with our legislation establishing policies
and procedures. We also have HR teams and managers in each agency that take
the policies and procedures made at the Department of Personnel and
Administration and apply them to fit their unique business model. I have
