Good morning Dustin,

In Wyoming, we have multiple levels of classification that require an M.D.
and to be licensed in the state. We have our physician

classification, average pay $16,285/month. Our two physicians are the
medicaid doctor and our state health officer. We do not have medical
doctors in our correctional facilities and outsource this task. We have two
levels of psychiatrist

clinical psychiatrist, average pay $22,916/month, which are doctors that
operate in the state hospital and another classification for the medical
director, average pay $27,872/month, of the state hospital. We require the
medical director to be an M.D. however the administrator of the state
hospital does not have to be an M.D.

Let me know if you have any questions or if I can provide anything
additional.

Meghan
