Our 2022 Time-to-fill averaged 69 days per Workday reporting. I see there is an average of 41-42 days floating around the internet as SHRM's 2022 benchmark, but the original source seems tricky to find.

Do you have, or know of a good source for, statistics on time to fill open positions?  We are doing some measurement internally, and would just like to see how we compare.  Your own statistics or some "Best Practice" source would be useful.
