[IDHR] Dates on Time Records - Special Incentives

We recently ran into an issue with special incentives (bonuses) and after working with the SCO, this is what you need to know:

When requesting a special incentive, the Requested Payment Date shows up on the initiator side but when SCO receives it, the field shows as Time Record Date. So SCO has been using the date from the initiator as the date SCO receives the request and they have been processing the incentive on the next payroll. However, now that we figured out the confusion, moving forward SCO will use that date as the pay date the incentive should show up on. The only thing that could affect it from being paid on the requested payment date is if it's submitted too late, but that is the same for all payment actions.
