Subject: Luma Notice: Change in Time Transaction Deadline Due to October 9th Holiday

Agency Payroll Professionals,

We hope this message finds you well. We would like to bring an important change in the deadline for submitting, approving, and authorizing time transactions to your attention due to the upcoming October 9th holiday.

As you may be aware, holidays can impact our regular timelines for processing time transactions, and we want to ensure a smooth and efficient payroll process for everyone. Therefore, we have adjusted the time transaction deadline for the pay period ending on September 30, 2023.

New Time Transaction Deadline: Wednesday, October 4, 2023 by 3:00 PM.

This adjustment has been noted on the Biweekly Timesheet/Payroll Calendar<https://idahosco.servicenowservices.com/sp?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0012462>, but we understand that it's essential to communicate this change clearly to all agencies to avoid any confusion.

We kindly request that you inform your employees and managers to submit and approve timesheets before the 10/4 3:00 PM deadline. This adjustment will help us maintain an efficient payroll process and ensure that everyone receives their compensation correctly.

If you have any questions or need further clarification regarding this change, please do not hesitate to reach out to our payroll department, and they will be happy to assist you.
