[NCASG] Levels for IT Professional & other Professional Non-Trade Occupations

Hey Terri!
Colorado had recently completed a massive study of IT that would take us
from 4 titles to about 113. We use a combination of "factors" to assign
job levels. This has unfortunately been put on hold due to budget but
linked below is the study information along with more details on the
factors.
