[NCASG] Additional Duties Pay

Good Afternoon!

Colorado's Temporary Pay Differential guidelines can be found here

on page 25.  It is rule 3-49 and 3-49(D).  Additionally, we recently had a
partnership agreement go into effect and the language for "covered"
employees reads as follows:
