Hello!

As part of the transition to Luma, the team has compiled a checklist of the things we as employees need to do to prepare for the change! Below is the list of what to do leading up to and within the first couple of days of Go Live. There's also a couple of attachments that provide information.

Please take time to review the below and attached information and attend the micro-learnings. Doing so will help make the transition go more smoothly!

What do ALL Employees need to do to prepare for Luma Go-live (prior to June 20th)?
Step 1: Sign up for the Enterprise Dashboard<https://www.sco.idaho.gov/LivePages/Enterprise-Dashboard-Registration-Access-and-Password-Management.aspx>
Step 2: Register for DUO Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)<https://www.sco.idaho.gov/LivePages/Introducing-MFA-for-SCO-Enterprise-Dashboard.aspx>
Step 3: Start completing Critical Luma Self-Paced E-learning

     *   Access e-learning by logging into the SCO Enterprise Dashboard and clicking on the "Luma Training" tile
     *   Average of 15 minutes each
     *   Additional e-learnings for managers (total 9) and employees (total 14) will be released during this time as well. Please see the attached checklist with the release schedule.
     *   e-learnings do not have audio
     *   e-learnings will be available for ongoing reference and to support ongoing learning

Five Critical e-learnings to take by June 20th:

1. Employee - Basic Timesheet Entry  (read the titles of all timesheet entry e-learnings to select the correct e-learning for your circumstance.  You should only need to take one.)

2. Employee - Employee Record

3. Employee - Benefits Enrollment

4. Employee - Onboarding and W-4 Tasks

5. Employee - Apply for Jobs


What do ALL Employees need to do to immediately after Luma Post Go-live (June 20th and after)?

  1.  Enter your time
  2.  Review personal information

     *   Review your W-4 information (ensure that you have the correct State and Federal elections)
     *   Review your benefits elections, dependents and beneficiaries
     *   Review personal information such as contact information, address, social security number, and direct deposit information
     *   Review job/position and pay rate information

  1.  Enter emergency contact information
